3 questions for your web site developer/administrator:

1. Do you have experience in manipulating multiple web page file     types? If so, how much? Web sites are usually a mixture of different files and languages. Be sure that your developer is able to work in the language in which your site is written.

2. Do you have any degrees or certifications pertaining to web site     management? How do you know that he or she knows what they are doing?

3. Can you explain the process from start to finish on all the products that  you sell? If they can't, there is a good chance that they are just middle man and not the person actually doing the work on your site.
